Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery.

What condition must items be in to qualify for return?

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • With the security strap fully intact
Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund:

  • International: AED 120
How are refunds issued?

All approved refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card). And it doesn't expire.
