CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their order within one hour of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return procedure.

Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 14–21 business days
Rate: AED 50
Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
Rate: AED 70
Priority Shipping
Delivery Time: 2–7 business days
Rate: AED 100
🌍 International Shipping
Delivery: 5-10 business days
Rate: AED 300

Important: Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid separately.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier performance, peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
BRANDi is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Items that are customized or tailored to the customer's provided measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted measurements and customization details.
Before confirming your customized order, please:

We are not liable for any errors in measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept return requests within 7 working days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused
-
Returned with original packaging and tags intact
-
Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
Approved returns will be issued as store credit to the customer's E-wallet.
Return Shipping Deduction:

AED 50 for customers within the UAE
-
AED 120 for customers outside the UAE
These deductions will be applied to your store credit refund amount.
RETURN / REFUND PROCESS
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Log In to Your Account
Access your account at www.brandi.ae with your login credentials. -
Go to Orders
Navigate to the "Orders" section in your dashboard. -
Select the Order
Find and select the order you wish to return or refund. -
Click on "Request Return"
Beside your order details, click the "Request Return" button to access the return form. -
Submit the Form
Choose the item(s) to return, provide your reason, attach any relevant images (if applicable), and submit. -
Get Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email. Our representative will then contact you with the return documentation and next steps.
Once your return is approved:

Store credit will be issued to your BRANDi E-wallet within 3–5 business days

The return shipping fee (AED 50 for UAE, AED 120 for International) will be deducted from your refund amount

You can use your store credit for future purchases on www.brandi.ae

Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue
EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

Return the original item following our return process

Receive store credit in your E-wallet

Place a new order for your desired item
This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered:

Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Keep all original packaging
For damaged or incorrect items:

We will arrange free collection of the item

No return shipping fees will be deducted

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method or store credit (your choice)

We may send a replacement item at no additional cost
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item due to manufacturing defects:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide details and photos of the defect

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution
Manufacturing defects are covered under our quality guarantee at no cost to you.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep all original packaging and tags until you're certain you're keeping the item

Initiate return requests within 7 working days

Ensure items are unworn and in original condition
