https://www.brandi.ae/ and its associated mobile application (collectively the "Website") is owned and operated by BRANDi ("BRANDi"), for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together "we", "us" or "our"). BRANDi is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please read these terms of service (the "Terms of Service"), and any other terms applicable to the use of the Website, including the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Terms"). By using the Website, placing an order, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use this Website and place Orders.

PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL USE

The Website is for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders suspected of commercial or bulk purchasing.

PLACING ORDERS

Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Items are not reserved until payment is completed and accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-Order items may require advance payment. If we cannot secure stock, a refund will be issued. Accepted Pre-Order returns are refunded as store credit only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after processing or shipping.

PRICES & CURRENCY

Prices may be displayed in USD for browsing convenience; however, all payments are processed in AED at checkout.

Prices exclude optional services, duties, and delivery fees where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, store credit, and cash on delivery (where eligible). We may request identity verification for suspicious activity and reserve the right to refuse payment methods.

Express: 7–14 business days — AED 70
Priority: 2–7 business days — AED 100

International

Delivery: 5-10 business days
Rate: AED 300

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, customs, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customized or tailored items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be requested within 7 working days of delivery.

INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All returns undergo inspection. Items failing inspection will be rejected and returned at customer expense.

REFUNDS

Approved returns are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.

Refunds to original payment method only apply to eligible order cancellations within 1 hour.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Report within 7 days with photos. If verified, we may replace or refund. Items must be returned in original condition.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return item → receive store credit → place new order.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRANDi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is owned by BRANDi and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ACCOUNT & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes fall under Dubai courts.
